Kathleen Lathrop Lockwood received both her B.S. and M. Ed. from Penn State University. After an extensive career in public education, she opened a ceramics studio, where she concentrated on sculptural wall pieces.
A number of these works are housed in important collection. Writing has been a lifelong passion: She won her first award in third grade and took up the craft more seriously in adulthood, during her first child’s blessed three-hour naps. Rev. Lathrop Lockwood has a passion for all that is Spiritual. She attended Moravian Seminary in the Masters of Theology program and is an ordained Interfaith Minister. She lives in Pennsylvania in the family home where she and her late husband raised their three (beautiful) children.
